Meet Anna

Hi there! I’m Anna Schmidt, lover of people, picnics, and all things beautiful! I’m one of the founders (along with my husband, Dennis!) of A&D Luxury Picnics, and have a background in event planning for a major arts and crafts chain and in television as on-air talent.
My love for picnics started as a little girl. My mom would pack up PB&J sandwiches and take my brother and me on picnics. When I became a mom, I carried on the beloved tradition with my three kids! Now that our kids are young adults, Dennis and I enjoy picnics and gatherings with our family and friends!
A&D Luxury Picnics was founded on our belief that life and people are worth celebrating ... and also we love picnics! Curating these beautiful settings allows me to use my passion for event planning, creativity, and people to create something truly remarkable. I look forward to meeting you, and working with you to curate a luxury picnic, proposal, or small gathering, that your people will talk about for years to come!
