Yes, absolutely! Or, check out our picnic-inspired list of food and beverages from our Add-Ons Page! Keep in mind that alcohol may not be permitted in certain public spaces.

If you have a vision for your picnic that you don’t see, complete the Contact Us form with some details and we will get in touch with you to discuss options and pricing to make your dream a reality!
How much does a picnic cost?
Like any great service in demand, we will get fully booked especially on weekends, so the more notice you can give the better! Our recommendation is at least a week in advance of the date you would like to hold your event.
How far in advance should we book our picnic?
No, we leave after you’re settled and return once your picnic reservation ends. If you need us during your picnic, you can call or text us and we will be on site as soon as possible.
Are the hosts staying during our picnic?
What if I’m done with my picnic
before the rental time expires?
If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 15 minutes notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.
We can curate picnics throughout Western Pennsylvania and can setup indoors and outdoors at both private and public locations.

If you would like a picnic in a public location, other than our designated locations, you will be responsible for any permits, and associated costs, needed. Failure to provide a permit at least seven days ahead of your picnic will result in cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
Where can I have my picnic?
We can offer suggestions for beautiful local parks. If you have a specific location in mind, please send that over with your inquiry. We will do our best to accommodate your location request, however it might have an extra fee when dealing with rough terrain: sand, trails, steep slopes, etc. We may not be able to get our equipment to the requested area. We ask that locations are no more than 50 yards from vehicle access.

What happens if there’s bad weather?
We are based out of Allegheny Township, PA and curate picnics throughout Western PA. All picnic package pricing includes travel up to 25 miles of Allegheny Township, PA. Any further will have distance-based travel fees added at the price of $1.50 per mile.
Where are you located?
You will receive a text message the day of your picnic once we are on site and setup begins. You will receive another message once setup is complete. We ask that you plan to arrive on time. We will allow for a 15-minute grace period, but anything past that may forfeit your picnic or you may incur extra fees.
